Small pause. Bright experience.
Step into our red light booth and settle into its warm glow. Light panels face you in an open, standing booth, so there’s nothing to climb into, just a few quiet minutes in the light.
Add the optional vibration plate for rhythmic movement beneath your feet, or simply stand and relax. First time? Your host will show you where to stand, how the equipment works, and what to expect.

What Red Light Therapy Can Offer
A friendly guide to red light therapy, skin research, and what a session in our booth is like.
Read the articleDo I have to use the vibration plate?
No, it’s completely optional. Just let us know what you’d prefer.
How much is a session?
A 10-minute session is $40 and a 20-minute session is $60. See pricing for memberships.
How is this different from the infrared sauna?
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light, without heat. The infrared sauna warms your body with heat. They’re quite different experiences, and easy to pair in one visit.
Should I check with my doctor first?
Please do if you’re pregnant, sensitive to light, have a seizure disorder, had recent eye surgery, or take medication that increases light sensitivity. For the vibration plate, the same goes for pacemakers or implants, recent injuries or surgery, blood clots, severe osteoporosis, or balance concerns.
