Explore our servicesTowels, robes, and earplugs are here. For a float, avoid shaving that morning and bring a case for contact lenses. Tell your host it’s your first time.
Your host will introduce the space and explain your session. For a float, shower first, step into the water, and find a position that feels comfortable.
There is no perfect way to experience stillness. When your float ends, rinse off the salt and ease back into your day.
Just yourself! Towels, robes, and earplugs are ready for you. If you wear contact lenses, bring a case and solution so you can take them out before floating.
Keep it simple: skip caffeine beforehand, and try not to arrive very hungry or very full. Avoid shaving anywhere that will be in the water that day, since salt can sting. Shaving your face is fine. You’ll shower here before and after your float.
No special technique needed. The salt water holds you up while you rest on your back. Meditate if you like, or simply let your thoughts wander.
Yes. The salt water keeps you floating, so it’s perfectly safe to doze off.
Yes! Just tell us it’s your first visit, and we’ll show you around and answer any questions.
Most guests float without one. Your room is completely private, and there’s no fabric against your skin. Wear one if you’d feel more comfortable.
You’re always in control. The pod lid is light and easy to open, you can leave it open the whole time, and you can step out whenever you like. We also have a roomier float cabin. Just ask when you book.
Yes. A shower beforehand keeps the water clean, and a shower afterward rinses off the salt.
The water is so rich in Epsom salt that microorganisms can’t survive in it. After every float, the entire solution cycles through a three-part filtration and sterilization system five times, using UV light and hydrogen peroxide. Every guest showers before floating, too.
Please wait at least seven days after coloring or perming. Before you float, check that the water runs clear when you rinse your hair. If color is still washing out, give it a few more days, or give us a call.
For your comfort and everyone else’s, please reschedule if you’re menstruating, have an infection, an open skin condition, a respiratory illness, incontinence, or uncontrolled epilepsy, or if you’ve been drinking or using other substances. Guests under 18 need a parent present.
Yes! Float side by side in separate pods, share a sauna for two, or book a couples float in our cabin room. Give us a call and we’ll help you plan it.
Floating is welcome in the second and third trimesters with your doctor’s or midwife’s OK. Please wait during the first trimester or a high-risk pregnancy. For any other service or health condition, check with your healthcare professional, then give us a call so we can talk it through.
Memberships renew monthly and include a set number of sessions, or unlimited ones. Many plans need 30 days’ notice to cancel, and some credits don’t roll over, so check your plan’s details in our store.
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and we’ll refund you or credit your account. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full or use a session credit, except in extraordinary circumstances. Some memberships have their own terms.
