Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll give you a full refund or a credit toward a future visit. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are charged in full or use a stored session, except in extraordinary circumstances.
Some memberships have their own fees and conditions. For example, unlimited float members are charged $25 for a late cancellation or no-show. Your plan’s terms in our store have the full details.
